Sharp Peak signs MoU with MINT to accelerate AI smart building and facility Innovation

Hong Kong – 6th Oct 2025 - Sharp Peak Consulting Limited (Sharp Peak), a leading PropTech system integrator and technology solutions provider in Asia, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MINT Incorporation Limited (Nasdaq: MIMI), a Hong Kong-based leader in architecture, interior design, and integrated build solutions.

This strategic collaboration marks a key milestone in Sharp Peak’s portfolio expansion towards a technology-forward enterprise. The two companies will jointly develop intelligent, data-driven facility and holistic workspace solutions by integrating MINT’s architectural and build capabilities, AI-powered robotic development, and Sharp Peak’s real-time workplace technologies.

The partnership represents the convergence of software, IoT, hardware, and AI—completing a comprehensive smart technology ecosystem that empowers workspaces with automation, intelligence, and agility. Together, Sharp Peak and MINT aim to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions—from digital twins and building automation to robotic concierge services, occupancy intelligence, and environmental monitoring.

The MoU builds on MINT’s recent entry into the robotics sector, following its non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) signed on July 17, 2025, with AIMO (HK) Limited—a leading robotics company known for its AI-powered outdoor patrolling platforms and smart property management systems. This collaboration provides MINT with access to autonomous robotics technology and deep expertise in AI-driven facility innovation.

By aligning with both MINT and AIMO, Sharp Peak is building a robust ecosystem of smart infrastructure solutions that address the growing demand for connected, energy-efficient, and human-centric buildings.

Pilot projects are currently being scoped in Hong Kong and other key APAC markets, focusing on various scale commercial and mixed-use properties.
