Sharp Peak awarded a major CogniPoint occupancy project in Hong Kong and Sydney

Hong Kong – 16th July 2021 - Sharp Peak Consulting Limited (Sharp Peak), a leading PropTech system integrator and technology solutions provider in Asia, announces the award of a space analytics project providing exclusively hundreds of PointGrab CogniPoint occupancy sensors from a multi-national corporation headquartered in Australia and with over hundred office locations around the globe.

The initial scope of the project is to provide sensor coverage of more than 100,000 square feet of office spaces in their Hong Kong and Sydney offices as part of their global digital transformation strategy.

The cloud platform, also managed by Sharp Peak, provides real time statistics and usage of desks, phone booths, meeting rooms, seminar spaces, and cafeteria for their facilities management team. Through a separate platform, such data are translated into real-time dashboards and signages for their employees to plan their workdays and productivity optimisation.
